What we store

Kibble Keeper stores the email address, name and password you use to create your account, the pets you add with their meals, weights and feeding schedules, the pictures you upload, and the food you add to the catalog.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app, in your profile, or from this page if you no longer have the app. Either way we email you a link to confirm, and nothing is deleted until you open it.

Once confirmed, the deletion is immediate and permanent:

• your account, profile and settings are deleted;
• your pictures are deleted from our storage;
• the pets you own alone are deleted, with their meals, weights and feeding schedules;
• the pets you share with someone else stay in their account, so they keep their history. A picture of yours used on such a pet is replaced by the default one;
• the food you added stays in the shared catalog, with nothing linking it to you.
